This just in - we have recently won a $2000 grant for a student organic garden project at Greyhills Academy in Tuba City! A very special thanks to Richard Pauloo for submitting and almost entirely assembling this grant.

The mission of this grant is to create a sustainable summer gardening program at Greyhills Academy in Tuba City, Arizona in order to provide opportunities and experiences for high school Navajo youth that will empower, educate, and inspire them to resist drugs and violence, to make healthier personal life choices, to increase their college acceptance rates, and to become more engaged in Bennett Freeze issues that affect their communities.
